DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Due to the Corona virus Australia Post is experiencing delays with their deliveries. Please allow a few days on top for your item to arrive.  I am still despatching daily (all orders processed before midday will be sent out same day) If you have any queries or missing parcels please don't hesitate to contact me .

FREE SHIPPING (REGULAR POST) OVER $120 OR $7.50 REG POST or $10 EXPRESS AUS  WIDE/ALL  JEWELERY ORDERS ONLY WILL ONLY INCUR $5 FLAT RATE SHIPPING.

  • Going forward all orders are going to be shipped by Australia Post   Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number which will allow you to keep track of your order via Australia post and  
  • I post daily. If order placed before 12pm (Monday to Thursday) will be sent out SAME DAY otherwise next day
  • For those items that are on PREORDER please refer to the T&C under the Preorder tab I will dispatch within 24-48hrs of receiving. Note; At times PREORDERS can be delayed due to reasons out of Magenta Bellas control (eg freight delays, manufacturing delays  I will update the listing every time i hear from the supplier, however refund is not possible unless Magenta Bella can not  physically supply your item of purchase.
  • PREORDER :If you place an order and another item is ordered the item in stock will be sent out the same time with the preorder , otherwise if not prepared to wait i can have it sent out for $6.80 email me and i will organise it for you.
  • Note - Free shipping items sometimes may not include tracking but is the responsibility of the customer if lost.
  • If you are live in STGEORGE Area Sydney, free deliveries over $50 (can take 3-4 days) and pick ups (if you are wishing to find out exactly please email me before placing your order)
  • For Australian returns and exchanges, shipping charges will be incurred again to send your exchange product. For further information read our Returns policy
  • Magenta Bella does not accept responsibility for lost orders under any circumstances.
  • Please note: Free shipping is applied after all the discounts have been applied eg. Prior to sale items in the cart is  $125 and with discount it is $115 well, then that person DOES NOT qualify for free shipping as amount is under $120 threshold. 

I only post items to the address provided by the customer. In the rare circumstance that your order is lost in the post we will contact Australia Post for you and lodge missing parcel enquiry in order to have the issue resolved. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping address, only give safe and secure address details for your order.

PLEASE NOTE: If  your order is above the FREE SHIPPING threshold and you take up a  discount that  brings it under the FREE SHIP THRESHOLD then you are subject to paying postage. Please understand this order can not be cancelled .

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Magenta Bella charges according to the Zone. I use Australia Post International Registered post with tracking and signature.
  • International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.  
  • Orders may take between 5-25 business days depending on the country and excluding custom clearance delays
  • Delivery time cannot be guaranteed by Magenta Bella. If your item is in stock - we will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (on weekdays). Any delays after it has left Magenta Bella will be out of our control and will be due to delays caused by the shipping company.
  • Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. I suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Magenta Bella is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If the instance you do not pay the additional taxes and custom charges and the item is returned, Magenta Bella will not be liable to reimburse any shipping costs.
  • All international orders are sent with tracking.

  • International orders _ There is no Free Shipping with International Orders - Flat Rate of $25 (NZ, Canada, United States, Europe -some exceptions apply )

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  •  If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping details during checkout or while you are creating an account, please contact via the contact form or email me on hello@magentabella.com.au with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
  • If a customer has made an error in the shipping address during the checkout process, Magenta Bella reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $7.50 for Australian orders and $18 ZONE A AND B and $22 for ZONE C and $24 for ZONE D for international orders
  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit for either domestic or international shipments.
  • Any delays after it has left Magenta Bella will be out of our control and will be due to delays caused by the shipping company  
  • Both Domestic and International orders that are in stock are processed Monday through Friday and are dispatched within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • For those items that are on preorder please note there is a 3-4 week turnaround.   • Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us 24 -48 hrs, after receiving your items via the tab My Account/Return Request/Completed Orders. If you have any questions before placing your return please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form page or email us at hello@magentabella.com.au

All items are thoroughly inspected before being posted out to our customers to guarantee a high level of quality in the items you purchase from us. 

Note: Please choose carefully when choosing jewellery as we will NOT under any circumstance other than it being faulty accept the return

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

-  Unworn

-  Unwashed

-  Tags still attached

-   Bonus items

 

If items are returned not in their original conditions as detailed above, Magenta Bella has the right to refuse refund/credit or deduct a repacking fee, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. 

Please take care sending items back to us as items that are lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels. 

Returns must be sent back within 14 days for domestic customers and 21 days for international customers of when the customer receives the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it and there will be a $8 fee to process.

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items.

Magenta Bella only offer CASH REFUNDS for purchases that are defective or faulty. if the customer is after a replacement it will be sent through regular post.

For all other issues, including sizing, we will happily accept returns as a STORE CREDIT (valid for 12 months of date of issue). 
All returns will be automatically processed for a store credit; unless it is a defective/faulty product in which a cash refund is given to the buyer which includes postage. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date and does not cover your original or return postage cost.

If you would like to purchase something else or exactly the same item with different size or colour, you are required to purchase it by placing a new order with your store credit. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

Note

If a certain item is popular we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request.

Although we have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Returns are ONLY on full-priced items only. Clearance items, Sale or discounted items, items brought through discount codes jewellery, swimwear and bodysuits CAN NOT be returned

If item is faulty and purchased on a merchandise credit then the amount gets refunded on the merchandise credit .

COMPETITIONS

From time to time Magenta Bella may conduct competitions (Open to Australian residents only), For an entry to be valid and to be in the running all the criteria needs to auctioned and must be visible (eg public settings) to Magenta Bella . At any time there is a criteria not actioned that is then deemed not a valid entry hence not go in the draw.

 

The successful winner has 24 hrs to claim their prize either by emailing or private inbox via the business page. After that Magenta Bella hss the right to redraw the prize on the valid entries Winners will always be subject to postage costs of $6.80 Even though the competition will appear numerous times, all entries will go in the draw- winner will be randomly selected. This is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
