RETURN POLICY

Domestic and international customers

I want you to be happy with your purchase so please check your orders as soon as you receive it.

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us 24 -48 hrs, after receiving your items via the tab My Account/Return Request/Completed Orders. If you have any questions before placing your return please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form page or email us at hello@magentabella.com.au

All items are inspected before being posted out to our customers to guarantee a high level of quality in the items you purchase from us. 

Note: Please choose carefully when choosing jewellery as we will NOT under any circumstance other than it being faulty accept the return

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

-  Unworn

-  Unwashed

-  Tags still attached

-   Bonus items

If items are returned not in their original conditions as detailed above, Magenta Bella has the right to refuse refund/credit or deduct a repacking fee, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. 

Please take care sending items back to us as items that are lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels. 

Returns must be sent back within 14 days for domestic customers and 21 days for international customers of when the customer receives the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it and there will be a $8.50 fee to process.

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items.

*The  refund policy that is stated on Magenta Bellas website applies to Magenta Bellas actual website and to any 3 rd party platforms that Magenta Bella chooses to sell her products*

Magenta Bella only offer CASH REFUNDS for purchases that are defective or faulty. if the customer is after a replacement it will be sent through regular post.
For all other issues, including sizing, we will happily accept returns as a STORE CREDIT (valid for 12 months of date of issue). All returns will be automatically processed for a store credit; unless it is a defective/faulty product in which a cash refund is given to the buyer which includes postage. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date and does not cover your original or return postage cost.

******PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN WASHING GARMENTS PARTICULAR RAYON/VISCOSE AS WE DONT OFFER REFUNDS/CREDITS/OR EXCHANGES FOR NOT FOLLOWING WASHING/CARING FOR THE GARMENT. PLEASE FOLLOW CARE/WASH INSTRUCTIONS TO AVOID SHRINKAGE/OTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM THAT MIGHT BE CAUSED .*****

If you would like to purchase something else or exactly the same item with different size or colour, you are required to purchase it by placing a new order with your store credit. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

Note

If a certain item is popular we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request.

Although we have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Returns are ONLY on full-priced items only. Clearance items, Sale or discounted items, items brought through discount codes jewellery, swimwear and bodysuits CAN NOT be returned.

If item is faulty and purchased on a merchandise credit then the amount gets refunded on the merchandise credit .

Discounts : Any orders completed outside the discount period (either side) strictly are not allowed to have the discount applied to them. The discount is only for the period stated. To be valid they need to be paid for during the discount period. They are not allowed to cancel their order if they have paid for it  because of  the discount not been granted. Failure to enter the coupon code at check , the customer will have to pay the original price of the order. 

If  your order is above the FREE SHIPPING threshold and the discount brings it under free shipping then you are subject to paying postage. Failing to pay your postage will mean that your order will be held till postage is paid, Cancelling the order is strictly not allowed,
